Sam graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin in 2022. Sam came to PT through his love of athletics and fitness, a whole host of personal injuries, and years of experience in manual labor and in related health and fitness fields. Sam is a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Nutritionist, and a Firefighter/EMT. He has been practicing Mixed Martial Arts for the past 15 years, both as a student, a fitness/nutrition coach for other fighters and as an occasional competitor in tournaments. Sam knows what it is like to be on both sides of the treatment table, so he knows the professional and personal impact PT can have on a person.
Treating Philosophy:
Sam seamlessly melds his years of education and experience in fitness; nutrition; emergency medicine; athletics; and as a physical therapy patient, with his education and experience as a physical therapist. He is also an extremely comfortable, confident, and friendly person, as well as an exceptional listener. This combination means the patient is treated as a person, not just an injury, leading to truly positive, all-encompassing, holistic outcomes for the patient. Sam treats the whole body, not just the localized injury, because he knows everything is connected, and that what truly matters is getting back to feeling normal (AT LEAST), not just resolving the isolated symptoms.
